During my business trip, I appreciated having a bed to sleep in and a shower to use. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to transportation.
My experience with the staff was extremely unprofessional. One receptionist spoke rudely to a guest who inquired about the lack of water in the building, showing a complete lack of manners and customer service.

Location, location, location! This place is situated right in the heart of the action, with plenty of shops, cafes. The on-site pool is also a huge plus, especially after a hot day out exploring.
The staff was a bit unprofessional and didn't seem to care about our experience. We had an issue with the water in our room, and they didn't seem concerned at all.
